Chocolate-Ginger Chia Smoothie

In a blender, process 3/4 C nonfat milk (or unsweetened soy milk), 1 ripe banana, 1 Tbsp cocoa powder and 1/4 tsp ginger until mixture is uniform. Stir in 3 Tbsp chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Top with 1 tsp cacao nibs before serving.
